Oh yes...I can see everything fine up until I start up a game. Then at some point during the course of the game the screen will do what I posted above. I have to alt tab and then bring up the game again to fix it.

It's not the monitor (could be your OCed VGA). Get your VGA drivers CD, insert it into your Optical drive before you restart your computer. Then restart your computer and I think it's F8 that brings you to the Boot Selection Screen. Select your Optical Drive to boot first, and then Enable VGA Mode.
