Default New graphics card for £100

Hello,

I need some expert advice. I'm trying to decide what graphics card to get for my gaming PC to be. My budget is around £100 to £110 and preferably I'd like to restrict my purchases to the popular UK PC component website Ebuyer - Cheap Computers, Laptops, Digital Cameras, TVs & more! - since that's where I'm getting the rest of the components for the build.

I have my eyes on the following graphics cards on ebuyer:

NVIDIA Graphics Cards:

£99.99 - ZOTAC 9600GT AMP Edition 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI HDTV out HDCP PCI-E Graphics Card

£108.99 - Inno3D 8800GT 512MB DDR3 256bit Dual DVI HDTV Out PCI-E Graphics Card includes GRAW2 PC game

£112.96 - Point Of View 8800GT 512MB GDDR3 256bit Dual DVI PCI-E Graphics Card

ATI Graphics Cards:

£99.99 - Gecube HD 3870 512MB GDDR3 OC edition Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card

£103.95 - PowerColor HD 3870 XT PCS 512MB GDDR3 256bit Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card

£112.52 - Sapphire HD 3870 Ultimate Edition 512MB GDDR4 Dual DVI TV Out PCI-E Graphics Card

£119.95 - Gecube HD 3870 XT Overclocked Edition 512MB GDDR4 256bit Dual DVI PCI-E Graphics Card

Which one should I get?

The best performing card you have on the list is the 8800gt, o just get the Inno3d one, HD 3870 and 9600gt is tied for 2nd

id go for, thats a bargain for a 8800GT, and you get a Graw 2 with it which is meant to be a good game

gurusan will become famous soon enough

Default Re: New graphics card for £100

Ebuyer should have the 4850 for sale either tomorrow or the next day. Going from other prices in the uk it will be approximately 130-140 quid. In a few weeks it will most likely drop down a bit to like 110-115 or so

Hello,

Cheers everyone. I've been looking at the HD 4850. If it's available in the UK at a price close to £110 I might consider getting it, otherwise I'll probably get the Gigabyte 8800GT 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI HDCP HDTV out PCI-E Graphics Card.
