Default New Computer

I'm building a new computer, and this is what I've decided on so far:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16819103533 - CPU - 219
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16820145440 - Memory - 89.00
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130238 - Graphics - 389
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16813131530 - Motherboard - 116
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...N82E16817103936 - Power Supply - 69

Will everything work?

Hrm? What do you mean?

And I would like to not get that PSU right away, couple months down the road - but only if the stock PSU can handle the load (It's a 450w PSU, not a 420w PSU like newegg says - Raidmax has fixed some design flaws since they posted it).
