| You could get a 45w AMD CPU + 780g board (which has an onboard HD3200) does he really need a modem? he doesn't have DSL?

| I will look into the board and cpu you suggested. he lives in rural western PA. and they only can get dial up and to top that off the phone wires are really bad and every time it rains he loses about half his connection speed thanks |
