new build look ok

My dad gave me $500 to put a computer together for him it will be used for web searching, email, digital pictures, and alot of pogo games it needs to have a dialup modem he has a good 19 in. lcd monitor key board and mouse i can get him a legal copy of XP pro sp3 for $75 so that leaves $425 including shipping some of these parts came from the recommended builds
here is what i came up with

this leaves about $10 more dollers any better motherboard with onboard grafics for the extra $10

You could get a 45w AMD CPU + 780g board (which has an onboard HD3200)

does he really need a modem? he doesn't have DSL?

I will look into the board and cpu you suggested.
he lives in rural western PA. and they only can get dial up
and to top that off the phone wires are really bad and every time it rains he loses about half his connection speed
