Looks good. You sure you want vista?

Compare Maximus Formula ($260) to P35-DS3L ($90). Now have a think about what you gain by buying the maximus over the gigabyte.

Its not a bad choice, its just I think there is a tendency to always go for 'new and improved' when strictly speaking, 'old and inferior' does exactly the same thing.
