Thats why if you really need to upgrade right now, go with nvidia.

Nvdia had crappy drivers as well its just recently they fixed em thats why their rocking.

the x1950XT wasn't as hopped up as it was before when the DX9 drivers had problems. but now you guys say its the "best bang for your buck".

Also the x2900XT right now its 80nm, 65nm will reduce alot of its power. but it might be similiar when A64 x2 6000+ couldn't handle 65nm so it was stuck with old 90nm. who nos what will happen :/

Yes your right the X1950XT had very bad drivers to start out but they are fixed and the card is awesome for the price.

just make it 1 anstrom o.o... no heat problems, and you could probally run it in crossfire with a 300 watt psu.... easily... but lets see the funds... nevermind

There is only HD2900XT

As I know HD2900XTX was canceled, it was similar to HD2900XT but with 1GB GDDR4 instead of 512MB GDDR3

Now ATI has released HD2900XT with 1GB. In other words, it is exactly the same as the cancelled HD2900XTX.

On September or August, ATI will release R650 (HD2950XTX), and this one will have 65nm die shrink.
