Question MoBo question

So Ive recently been looking at the EVGA nForce 680i MoBo and dropping an E6600 not to sure about a Q6600 yet but Im thinking about it. Ive noticed though that it only accepts memory up to PC 800 PC 6400 where as I would like to use 1066 PC 8500 memory. Does anyone know of a solid MoBo maybe from the same company that has as good as a rating as the 680i? If so please let me know.

Also on a side note has anyone heard about something called a Quatro MoBo that actually allows installation of 2x CPUs? Just wondering I was thinking about splurging and making this thing float hah.
