Question Mobo for athlon xp 2100+?

Im still running my old system - Athlon xp 2100+, radeon 9500 pro, 1gb etc...
but my mobo (soltek - sl-75drv5) has been slowly dying (one of 3 rams slots works, only one disk drive is detected, usb doesn't work etc)
it definitely needs replacing, so any recommendations on a cheap board to go with this gear??

lol....this should be in the general performance section, not high performance. Anyway, I'd suggest you save up for a new computer. Socket A which is so old and outdated, is not worth spending anymore money on. But heres the only motherboard, I can find off newegg:
Newegg.com - PC CHIPS M848A (V5.0) Socket A (Socket 462) SiS 746FX ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
Still not worth it.

ZipZoomFly has a Foxconn mobo for $80, but that's about all I could find.
