Default Is this memory compatible ,,help fast please

i need to know if this memory will work with an asus p5n-e sli 650i mobo, and an intel duo core e6400, OCZ Titanium Dual Channel 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz EPP Memory (2 x 1024MB)

i don't see why not? have you checked asus's website on the memory compatibility chart?

I was looking in the manual, and I didn't see OCZ brand in there, but I think it should work.
