I'm looking at getting 2 fans for the front of my case ( alienware Full tower) and i need to measure to make sure they are the right size...... __________________ FORMERLY THEYOYOKID303

Most likely that fan slot would fit 120mm fans, or 80mm fans.

The 120mm fans measure about 4.7", and the 80mm are about 3.1".
