Default Maybe it doesn't pay to wait ( not talking about q6600 )

So a few good deals in Newegg have now ended:

The WD Raptor 30 dollar rebate is ending, the rebate states you have to have the invoice saying you ordered at least by July 23rd ( today ), but are invoices show the exact day you ordered or when the order is processed? ( most likely tomorrow which means I miss the dead line ).

The X-Fi XtremeGamer soundcard ( the cheapest X-Fi card without stripped down parts ) lost its 7 dollar discount today, someone said to wait for them to improve the deal...maybe it will drop lower in price one day? ( not blaiming anyone, I willingly choose to wait )

So I was thinking...maybe it doesn't pay to wait anymore

I agree. Dude, prices WILL go down over time. This is true for all electronics. The older ones will get downpriced and the newer ones take over.

Gabb you almost have the same build as I do except I bought the e6750 as I didn't want to wait for the 6600

hmm actually I juts found out whenever you order, you recieve the invoice later on but it will still have the exact date when you did order ( which means I can get in before the deadline ends and get the 30 dollar rebate for the WD raptor ) still thought...big decision...I mean the raptor still 90 dollars more then the seagate after rebate...
