Which Low Profile Graphics Card?

Hello, i have a SFF PC.. and was wondering if the 9400GT would be worth the upgrade? i bought the 8400GS on ebay for £30 and Ebuyer are selling the 9400GT for £30 inc vat. Worth the upgrade or not?

or is there any better Low profile video cards ?

The HD4550 is a bit better than the 9400GT for around 6 pounds more.
