Default Judge my build design

So my little cousin wants a custom gaming rig and i talked to his parents they want me to help him build but they wat the price to be under 1300 for computer they already have a monitor keyboard and mouse just need to design the computer well this is what i came up with what do you guys think about it?Feel free to change and give me suggestions just keep price under 1300 and thats with tax and shipping.

Replace the graphic card and PSU, with these:

Yeah the 640mb card shows little improvement over the 320.

the 640mb is a waste imo.
It has barely proven better results in benchmarks.

If you plan on spending the money on a 640, just get a 2900xt instead. The 320mb version will be more than enough to run pretty much every game coming out this year and well up until the new cards come out next year.
