| For CPU, definetly get the X2 3800. Spec-wise, the monitor looks great. I've never heard of Chimei though. Go with the MSI K8N Neo4-F if you want cheaper, good, and reliable, and the overclocking options if you decide to in the future. Good video card, case, optical drive, and HDD. I'd go for this OCZ RAM over the Corsair XMS. You did a good job of picking out your stuff overall. Everything's compatible and you picked out a lot of great parts.

| True Techie | that monitor is a lot more expensive (like $70 or something) and doesnt seem that much better... well this one looks pretty good...8ms, 600:1, good reviews... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824014105 and its only like $20 or $30 more than the Chimei one...it also is like a good brand (BenQ)

| True Techie | mhm...well i was looknig at the vx922 also...but that one is widescreen though...does that like effect gameplay of BF2 or CS:S?...also, does a 19in LCD look big to you? cuz my crappy 16ms 17in one looks tiny...

| lvl Infinite Psychopath | I Moved From a 16 Inch CRT so this one seems alot bigger. I play Really two games, Farcry And StarTrek armada 2, IMO the games are much more enjoyable on widescreen. Its really cool in FPS, because the screen takes up more of your vision.
