i think 9600GT($120) or 9600GT SLI($240) is the best bang for the buck Quote:

| Yeah sorry I m not into over clocking my GPU's. So I got used to dealing with stock speeds. Good point though 30$ more for something you can do fairly easily and quickly. |

| Well if they come out soon the 9600gso's in SLI will outperform the 9600gt's SLI in every resolution, at every setting and would be around the same price.... ![]() |

| Only the 8800gt's run warm as heck itself and then the other G80's, but a cheap replacement for an Akimbo Cooler is really great for fixing the problem on GT's, but for the price of an 8800gt + Akimbo Cooler you could get an 8800gts 512mb g92 for the same price |

9 series is not really the 9 series, just an extended 8 series. Judging from your sig, you dont own an 8 series card so you cant make that assumption.

| Banned | 8800 gt 512 sli is slightly better then 9600 gt sli. And you can find 8800 gt's for around the same price as 9600 gt's. Oh, and Incase you guys haven't noticed. There is a 8800 gts 512 for around $169 after MIR on the egg. I still would buy that over a 9800gtx. (UNLESS YOU LIVE IN CANADA) Quote:
