AMD Athlon 64 3700+ Clawhammer with stock heat sink
ATi Radeon 9600 Pro 128mb agp
1GB (2 x 512) DDR 400 Ultra PC3200
40 gig Seagate HDD
300 gig Seagate HDD
On Board Audio
Lite-on 16x DVD burner
Ultra V series 400W PSU
Aspire X-Plorer case (blacK)

How much do you tink it's worth?

Don't put in a 6800GS, get a 7600GT, its much better, and for about the same price.

With a 7600GT, and 2GB of RAM, that PC would be worth over $1000.

Before upgrades, $600-650 at most, after, just below $900 or so (try to get a better memory)
