Default how much better will this be?

ok i was looking at this the clocks are relatively the same, but the pipelines are alot higher.

should i get this?
or would i be better getting
this card?
becasue the price difference is alot.
i play games like doom3 and counter strike source and half life 2.
would i notice a big performace difference between the two?

wow...if you have the money get the 7800GT...it will last you a while where as the 6600GT is still not to bad but it is slowly dating.....

just wait another few weeks and see how the new 7800gs overclocks....and get that

here is a link for the 7800gs http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2616

the 6800ultras suck, if you have that much money go for the 7800GT, if not go with a 6800GS as once you OC they are on par with the 6800GT for about 100 dollars less.
