Default How is this for a monitor?

My mom just hooked me up with a $75 gift card to Dell because she buys a fair amount of stuff there. Are their monitors any good?

I was looking at this one

Dell 19" Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor

I have the MSI 8800GTS G92 which I think supports up to two monitors so this one should be cake.

BTW I have an old beater monitor we had laying around at the fire station hooked up to it now, and it looks amazing on that compared to what I am used to.

It is alright. Looks like a rebranded Samsung.

and in being an older samsung, would it be an all right one? I don't need anything insane. And i'd like to put the gift card to good use, and i need a monitor.

Yes it will be just fine. My Samsung is about 3 years old ans still rocks and has no dead or stuck pixels.
