Default How does this look for an upgrade???

Moving from AMD to Intel and I am looking to buy the items below in the next month or so. I am a gamer and will be OC'ing as well. Does this look to be a decent setup with my existing system? Everything compatible as far as RAM and PSU goes?

ASUS P5E Deluxe LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail @ $229.99

SAPPHIRE 100243L Radeon HD 4870 512MB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail @ $309.99

i believe that a tuniq cools like 1c better then a rifle (not really saying much) As far as i know it goes:

True
OCZ Vendetta
Tuniq
Rifle
