How do I adjust GPU Fan speed?

This card heats up FAST! I had the computer OC'd to 2700M and the CPU was stable and cool @ 43* during game play. The card froze up easily during Crysis (Go figure) and it froze up again during COD4. So I turned the CPU down to 2600M and it's fine now.

Rig details in sig below. I'd like to set my card fan speed to a little higher speed. I may just need to pony up the cash for a 9800GTS or a 4870 or so...
