Default HIS...never heard of them...

So i was browsing about to purchase an X1600pro for the LAN rig and i spotted the ONLY one w/ a boss huge *** heatsink. I do some research to find out its supposed to be UV sensitive too?? I like big HSF on a video card for some stupid reason so im impressed, but ive never heard of this company. Are they any good?

Price seems right for a card like this.

I've heard of them. In the magazine I read, they have a set-up of a 'Beast' of a computer, and it has two 1900XTX's in Crossfire, and they're HIS branded. I don't know of anyone owning them though. I'd take the plunge and try them.

HIS is probably the best brand for ATI, but they are more expensive than the others.

Take your pick....The GTO is a great buy, especially since I'm hearing you can unlock the extra pipes. Reviews have said they're not as quiet as the last round of GPU's, but the performace of these things has also skyrocketed within the last year or so.

HIS rocks and is VERY well known. Love mine.
