 |  High speed or low latency ram? Which would be better? 1066mhz w/ 5-5-5-15 or 850mhz w/ 4-4-4-12

| Re: High speed or low latency ram? Always buy ther lower latency. If needed you can loosed the timings and get the same speed. Plus they always charge more for higher speed rated memory.

I can get 1150mhz @ 5-5-5-15 or up to about 950 @ 4-4-4-12 which my current clock of 425 FSB I 850 or 1065 are the attainable speeds

| Re: High speed or low latency ram? Oh sorry i misread the question. Just do a few benchmarks at each speed and see which nets the best benefits. I just keep mine stuck at 1:1 synchronous which is usually 800-850 with 4-4-3-8 timings.
