Default High performance sound.

Just wondering if the medusa 5.1 Gaming headset V.2 would be compatible with my SB Audigy 2 ZS?

By compatible i mean does my soundcard have all the right ports this headset requires.

My soundcard: Soundcards - Creative Labs SB Audigy 2 ZS PCI Soundcard

the 5.1 headsets are cool idea's but arent the best, i looked at lots of them before i purchased mine, and im not that pleased, i own these ::: Zalman :::, and im ****ed, the dj at my work is sponsored by skull candy, and im thinking of buying some TI off him im gonna be getting them for like 30$ Ti [SC-Ti] : Skullcandy
the sound card will support it, but there are better headsets out there, look into icemat siberia, they come in black and white, imo i like skull candy more tho.

I'm not a huge fan of skullcandy, if you are looking for decent quality headphones, invest in a nice pair of sennheisers. Can't go wrong with those.

The 5.1 nonsense aside, I don't see what "gaming headphones" require other than "accurate and clear sound reproduction" ?
