okay, then i think you should go for the e8500 (if those arent out, then the e8400)... a 780i, 1 9800gx2, (or 2 9800gtx's if affordable), and then just some nice ddr1066, more than likely some crucial ballistix tracers.. haha jsut to show off some pretty led's

No offence, but if you are going to start an "OC team" it seems like you would know a lot about the subject before diving into it...

Anyway, I'm pretty sure dual-cores OC better. I am probably wrong though

dual cores oc better, quad cores (depending on applications) scores better

what applications will you be running.. that all depends if they're multithreaded or not

I'll have lots of applications on like benchmarking, gaming, browsing, messenger, photoshop, programming, hosting my servers, leave it on all the time for gaming, folding

case is up to you, full tower definately. id reccomend crucial ballistix for ram. Check ste's psu list
