  |  Help, vista not showing dual core I recently upgraded my athlon 64 3500+ to an Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Under my computer properties, it lists my cpu as an athlon 64 x2 4200, but under task manager/performance it only shows one cpu graph It should be showing two graphs... one for each core right?

| Re: Help, vista not showing dual core I'm not too sure how vista works..it may be different and just reading the CPU differently but still utilizing 2 cores. You should run orthos to see if both cores are being utilized.

| Re: Help, vista not showing dual core Got it. Found out my BIOS was 8 versions old. Did a flash update and is completely functional.
