Default hannsG monitor differences?

can someone tell me the differences between these two monitors? they appear to be pretty much the same except i notice the dif model numbers. the specs seem to pretty much add up.

Besides obvious price...looks like it may just be a slightly different model. I have a Hanns-G 19", and I love it.

perhaps just a different panel

i own the one on newegg.. ad i love it... though the contrast bugs me at times, 800:1 is not bad.. but nothing great... but i can't complain the size is awesome

just to make sure this monitor will double as like a tv right? like i can plug my ps3 into the hdmi input and play whenever?

It is NOT a tv. Although, I do believe you can plug your ps3 into it, but I'm not positive on this.

you can use the HDMI for tv i'm sure, but i have not tried myself

i know the ps3 will work on it just fine

See, some guys told me you cant really play console games on widescreen pc monitors. Because TV widescreen and pc monitor widescreen use different ratio's. And they where right in my case, i tried playing Assassins Creed on my 22" and the game was distorted while the 360's menu looked fine. Not sure if its the same with PS3.

well this particular monitor supports 1080p, so it'll do fine

and you should be able to set your settings to 720p on your 22 inch
