Go with Zedman3d's MSI. Cooling is much better and it's a great deal!

the MSI rocks, was thinking of getting 2 of those before i got my 4870. only thing i DONT like...it has that awesome cooler, and only a single slot with no exhaust.
this palit is 140 AR: Newegg.com - Palit XAE/48500+T352 Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
and is dual slot with aftermarket cooling. its also a non-reference card, so it is about 1" shorter than normal.
only bad thing with them is, no crossfire bridge (BS, i know). but i bet it will stay cooler than any other in the price range.

Even though the cooler has the exhaust, it doesn't look like it forces the warm air out, it just sucks in cool air..
