I guess it will be decent if you don't do any overclocking.

yea, im not planning on doing any overclocking until i buy all my final pieces together (motherboard, processor, hardrive, & a video card). right now, i just have the case, 3 led fans, 2 cd-rw/dvd-rw drives, 1 floppy, and 1 ddr stick of 516 mb of ram waiting to be completely assembled.
