|  Is this a good mid-range gaming build?
Hey, this is my first build, I am not crazy about spending tons of money here, and its just mid-range. ATM I have pretty much everything sorted out, but I need help choosing compatible ram, I would only want 3gb max, because I bought Win7 32bit, due to compatibility problems.
If anyone could please help, offering possibly better options or helping me in any way, that would be great.
Also, if anyone can post a link to 2gb of compatible RAM that would be great!

Everything looks good, except for one thing; the power supply. PSUs bundles with cases tend to be very low-quality; you'd be much better off getting a PSU separate and from a more respectable brand, such as Corsair, OCZ, BFG, CoolerMaster, Thermaltake, Antec, PCP&C, Silverstone, Seasonic. I could go on 
Also now I look more carefully, you say the CPU is a quad-core 3.4GHz however the link is to a dual-core 3.2GHz...
Also do you need an optical drive too? |

why did you get win7 32bit. the 64bit has NO compatibility problems. | |

this is an okay gaming computer you could make a few changes like with the power supply but the ram should do just fine... but you should have gotten windows 7 64 bit... thats what i have and its great!

Silverstone is known for quality PSU's, and that actual power supply is one of the best at that price on the Egg.
