Default Good heatsink fan for OC'ing 4800+

Ok I have decided to go with an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ Toledo and I will be overclocking this so I need some advice on a great heat sink.

I have looked at this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835106061

The one reviewer says that the AMD mounting isnt so great.

If someone could reccommend a good one I would really appreciate it.

Oh yeah, what does HSF stand for?

Take a look at the CNPS9500 from zalman, or the Scythe Ninja
