Smile is this a good deal for a monitor ?????

hey guys, i just need some of ur expert opinions on this monitor that my friend wants to sell it to me for 100$ because he got a new monitor. what should i do, its about one and a half years old i think, and he just wants 100$ for it. its in pretty good condition too.
ViewSonic: Products: Desktop Displays: LCD Displays: X Series: VX2025wm
apperantly they stopped making this anymore so i dont know how much they would cost if bought new. but what do u guys think, will i get a better monitor for that price, or should i go with that deal.. please guys, any help would be appreciated. thanks a lot

$100 is a good price actually. My friend bought a 19 inch for $170 off of newegg.

Buy it. I have a 2025 as my 2nd monitor. I paid over 400 for it new like 4 years ago.
