Default Is this a good deal?

For a mear price of $190 and some shipping at $17+ I can get this from Tiger:

ABIT UL8 ULi Socket 939 ATX Motherboard and an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.0GHz OEM Processor

Problem I have is that seems like a lot of shipping. Is that make up costs or something standard?

Also what is the difference in latency?

I almost got Ultra 512MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz CL3 Memory for $40 same place w/no shipping when coupled w/the mobo/cpu.

I looked at OCZ because I've noticed it so favored. That just got me more confused with the mached pair thing and a higher latency.

Only need about 512 for one sys to build and I think that board is dual channel too so using a matched pair of 256 might be great. Don't think a pair of 512's would make much a diff since there's no gaming etc going on.

what da ya think?
