Drop the Physics card, 8800GTS has one built-in.
Buy some Arctic Silver 5 for heatsink.

For the RAM, you might consider getting this: Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Memory

| Re: Good Build? Help please. nice build, good choice on the sunbeam transformer, but the fan at the side is REALLY loud, might wanna get a replacement (wait don't they make coffeemakers too?) i would know because my x2 3600+ system had one, b4 my sister got it
