Default Gigabyte M61PM-S2 vs ASUS M2N-MX

I'm looking to buy a new computer system and have everything ready to order apart from the motherboard. I was originally going to go with the ASUS M2N-MX, but the dealer is sold out and won't have any more for a few weeks. A possible alternative is the Gigabyte M61PM-S2.

The system I'm getting is:

CPU: AMD Athlon X2 4800+
RAM: 2x1GB Kingtons DDR2 667
HDD: Seagate 320GB SATAII
Case: CollerMaster Centurion5 (CAC-T05)
GPU: 256MB ASUS 7900GS

What are the relative benefits/disadvantages of the GB vs the ASUS? Which would usually be the better choice? Why?

Cheers.

Go for the BIOSTAR TFORCE 550. I think it's cheaper than both, and pretty good.

I'd prefer to get everything from the one place and those are the main two choices. I can get either for around $AUD 90-100. The cost between them isn't much of an issue. Mainly trying to figure out whether to get the GB now, or wait for the ASUS.

I'm looking at the specs of each motherboard, and they're both very similar. I usually associate ASUS with Intel, but that's just me.
