Default Which Gigabyte DS3 mobo?

I was browsing on newegg and came across GA-965P and GA-P35 version of the Gigabyte DS3 motherboard.

GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (rev. 1.3)
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 (rev. 1.3) LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
119.99

GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
129.99

Would it be worth the 10 dollars to go with the P35. If so why

The DS3R is a sick board and everyone should be considering one right now...the DS3R's hit 500 FSB like nothing usually and they support the penryn as stated.

I second their suggestions. It is very much worth it, over the 965P-DS3.
