| AMD Gamer, only! | Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA790FX-DQ6 AM2+/AM2 AMD 790FX ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail i was just browsing today n noticed this only mobo on newegg to support the Phenoms. the problem is, it's retail price is $269!!............$269!!! OMG. This is way more then how much i expected it to cost. I would of expected it to cost at most $200. However, this is the 790FX, in which case is the ethusiastic, high-end choice for consumers. i, myself, am waiting for the either the 790X or 780X. feel free to decide to wait now or by this mobo. I hear ya on the ridiculous pricing. More mobos should start popping up as the Phenom's come out. . I'm looking forward to it. It might even sway me away from Intel.

| I hope something more economical pops up in the $100-$130 range. I don't care for RAID, SLI or extra SATA connectors and want basic overclocking options. I really liked my GA-P35-DS3L for that, I bought it for $90 at the time and it was an amazing board for the price, still is if you're going the Intel route.
