Default cpu fan reviews

so im assuming that most of u dont use fan that came with ur intel or amd processor
can we get some reviews of fans that you guys have used?
i lookes many times and still cant find a single topic about it so i figure i start one and hope it becomes a sticky if enough people give their feedback.
pretty much i want to rate them relative to the fan that comes boxed with whatever processur you have so

1)list ur cpu type speed and all that
2)whether or not u used arctic silver or strip that was on the heatsink(or any other kind)
3)list ur approximate temps before and after u upgraded to certain fan
4)and of course the price( and store u got it from)

no watercooling here since its totally different level.

please provide numbers or some other evidence of improovements.
dont just say oh man this fan rocks its the coolezt fan outthere its frikkin awesome. because then iw will turn from review to a chatroom with arguments and pages of useless posts that dont help people in choosing a cpu cooler.

Default Re: cpu fan reviews

1. In specs
2. AS5
3. Same temps: Stock fan w/o OC and Zalman w/ OC
4. $34.99 on Newegg
5. Zalman is quieter, but not noticeable since PSU fan kills the silence
