Between the cases, they mostly have the same features except for the external drive bays, so I'd go for the cheaper one, if I were you.
Between the graphic cards, I know of Sapphire and HIS being the top brands for ATI cards, but the DIAMOND being the cheapest, an HD 3870X2 is an HD 3870X2.
since when does looks of Video cards matter, just get the cheapest one available
