| computer upgrade i need to upgrade my computer, with the current specs
3200
1gb ram
120gb hd
6600gt
350w psu
heres what I had in mind
nvidia 7900GT KO
OCZ 600W powersupply
4200+ dual core processor |

| if ur planning to buy either the nvidia 7900GT KO or the
4200+ dual core processor or both i'd suggest getting also the PS as well because its gonna need more juice to power them up.

| moved to building and buying.
i wouldn't really consider the 4200+ these days, either look at possibly overclocking an x2 3800+ or buying an x2 4600+. other than that the list looks good

| Just make sure you have a PCI Express x16 slot on your motherboard to use the video card with. |

| 4200 fits in my price range, considering I won't be overclocking, and it's 200 bucks for a good processor. How much better is it than the 3800? I want to save cash, and will this be a big step up from my previous build? |

| if you wait a few weeks, you can get the new g8800 from nvidia, for about the same price as the 7950gx2(least thats what i heard from the grapevine) |
