Default Which case out of these two should I get.

Will an 8800GTX fit in these two cases. And if so which one is better.

I would say the first one. Lots of more fans, more expansion space, and only $10 more.

i would go with the 7B
its pretty much the exact same but i uses 120mm fans instead of 80mm fans
120mm fans give you more airflow at less decibels which is all around good

I cant decide on what to get. I guess the 7B because of the bigger fans and less noise.

Definately hthe 7b, the 120mm fans are much quieter and will provide much more airflow.

Also the grills are less restictive, just look at the rear panel on each.
