Default Can my PSU handle this?

I currently have the following 480 watt psu:

Antec.com - Neo480 SpecSheet

I am now running:

core 2 duo 2.53 ghz processor (says it's extra power friendly on the box)
x1900xt
1 dvdrw writable drive
1 sata hard drive
1 basic sound card
2 gigs ram

What I want to do, and I know this is pushing it, is replace the x1900xt with an HD 4850. Will this be possible?

Just letting you know, that psu has really low amperage... If you do end up having computer problems, consider your psu..

How did you get 38A? His psu has one 18A and one 15A 12v rail.
