| Hello, im trying to build a gaming pc for my own. but i dont know where to start. for now, i just have this in my listing. my budget is SGD$2000. need tips plz thx. (do fill up some stuff for me like the DDR and others that needed) GA-P35-DS3R MotherBoard GeForce 8800 GTX/GTS E6600

| Commander SMod | Go for the E6750. It should be cheaper, than the E6600, and it's better. As for the RAM, you need DDR2 memory. I would suggest brands like G. Skill, Crucial Ballistix, Patriot Extreme Performance, and GeIL. For the power supply, I would suggest brands like Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, FSP (Fortron Source), or XClio. Good choice on the motherboard. |

| what is sgd? and i'll get you started... since i don't know exact currency i'll start little.. and then build it up when i know how much that really is: q6600 or e6750 gigabyte p35-ds3l 320gb Seagate DVD-RW drive Patriot Extreme or Crucial Ballistix 2 GB Kit or Geil or G-SKill 8800gts 320mb CHoose an OS Choose a Case you Like and your set

| thx guys. oke, as for the ddr2. is 4gb ddr2 is a must in certain game or not ? Edit: yea, SGD is singapore currency. Edit again: which is the best, q6600 or e6750?

| ^ thats a not... you only need that much for CAD and such.. otherwise for the gamer 2gb is fine for the general user 1gb or even 512mb is fine wow 2 times with same time posting.. still doesn't beat the 4 at a time all same clock post tho... good times... good times ![]()
