Default Build Critique

Alright, I'm going for gaming, so here's what im looking at:

Processor: Intel Core Duo E6600(Conroe)

MoBo: Asus P5N-SLI (nForce 570 Intel)

Memory: 2GB ddr2 Super talent at 667MHz (Dual Channel)

Video Vard: 8800 GTX

Sound Card: Creative Labs Sound Blaster Audigy SE

Power Supply: Thermaltake 550w (SLI/CrossFire Compatable)

Is everything compatable?

What could I do to tweak performance, without paying much more?

what kinda speakers are you planning on using?? if you have a huge 5.1 system i would suggest the x-fi.. if not, then the audigy should do great as well

Sound isn't a big deal to me, since I usually listen to music instead, but I'll be sure to check those out.

x-fi is for the huge music nut.. if you really love music.. you'll notice the difference in clarity... someone like me is always listening to music... and i miss my x-fi...... if your not a big audio nut i wouldnt worry about it...

an audigy is still very good don't get me wrong

Since most of my budget is going towards the 8800 GTS, I think I'll hold off on the x-fi cards for now, but defenitly on my wish list.
