I see that Newegg just dropped their price of the E6600 to $235. I think it's time to buy!

its to late now. Im waiting for the new amd chip thats gonna be comming out soon. If they would have dropped to this price like 2 months ago I would have been all over it.

ZipZoomFly dropped theirs even earlier. I ordered my e6600 from them at noon today EST. Newegg still had it for 310. Nice deal all around though I'd say.

Is that $235 as in us dollars? because i worked it out at about £120 uk pounds but the cheapest i can see it is on scan.co.uk at £150 still! Thats still very cheap but you guys get it 30 pounds cheaper?

EDITED to say thats the price WITH VAT, the E6600 without VAT is £129 so do you think the price has been dropped here aswell?

I think it's that UK prices are usually higher than US. And yes that is $235 US.

No better time to buy stuff from the states lol... the US dollar dropped against the pound a few days ago..
