Post Another build...

I think I'm finally set on what I would like to get, I just need you guys to help critique it. It will be used for mainly for gaming and just basic other junk. I'd like to stay at about $850. No need for dual core.

Motherboard:
DFI Lanparty UT nF4 Ultra-D

Processor:
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego

Memory:
OCZ Performance Series 1GB (2x512MB)

Hard Drive(s):
2x Western Digital Caviar 80GB

Video Card:
eVGA Geforce 7600GT

Power supply:
Antec SmartPower 2.0

Only thing i c wrong is the ram... in my opinion i would just get two cheap 512 instead of ocz..... you wont notice that much of a diffence, unless you dont mind spending $30 for a small increase..

Everything seems fine (mayb u could get a better graphics card..

I suggest you upgrade to 2gb in the future....
If your thinking about SLI... i wouldnt recomend it.

I went over your stats and i think instead of getting two 80 mayb you could get one big hard drive.... (dont feel like looking up one)

2x80gb is good if he plans to RAID them. i would suggest dual core even though you say there is no need for it.

Thanks for the replys. I probably won't SLI. And I'll look into the dual core a little more.

yeah its fine except for the GPU, and if your not going to OC the Ram seems fine.
