Exclamation AMD undergoes massive internal shift n Quad SLI looks like it's dead in the water

AMD undergoes massive internal shift

Quad SLI looks like it's dead in the water

ok so AMD undergoes a shift, but i just got lost on what it was talking about in the middle to the end, can someone tell me what i missed??? ^_^

as for the quad SLI, i liked the idea, but its too bad that it doesnt have any drivers for Vista right now. Hope it does soon, other wise ppl r going to be angry.

i liked the idea of quad-sli too... i was planning to get one when we thought there was an 8950gx2, but no... 8800ultra has to be the pinnacle of the 8 series

quad sli is a joke as the other guy said...I mean sli already generates an incredable amount of heat and power consumption...quad would just be even lamer
