and more games come with support for sli because i was looking at some benchmarks and one 7800gt scores better than two and its the same for the other cards that can be in sli too

Why would that do anybody any good if nobody is going to buy Vi$ta? From what I can tell, Vi$ta is going to suck for gaming, and pretty much everything else as well, except it might look nice, but I always have the eye candy disabled. So far, vista is going to have severely crippled and limited OpenGL support in an attempt to eliminate gaming on Linux and Mac, it is not going to support hardware accelerated audio, all the features that would have made it just barely worth buying were cancled (such as WinFX), and to top it all off, several people have the latest beta of Vi$ta on XtremeSystems.org, and after a fresh install with nothing else installed, it uses over 500MB of memory. If you want a 64-bit OS, just get XP 64 bit once there is more driver support.
