Default 4830 to 4850

Is there a big difference between the radeon 4830 and radeon 4850? Im not sure which one to go with. The original one I was going to get is the 4830 but now I see the 4850 is $50-60 more. So is it a big difference?

They're dropping the prices on the 4850, wait a bit and it will be cheaper.

The HD 4850..

But it will drop in price very soon.. why not hold off on it?

Also the HD 4830 is going to be discontinued very soon

There's a significant difference between the two...you're better off with the 4850. Don't bother with any 9800GTX/GTS 250 bs

About when will the price decrease and by how much?

And which would you recommend, because the only difference I see is 1 gb, and I dont know if its worth the price. Will the 1 gb be way better then 512 in gaming?

Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100245L Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Depends on your resolution. If you play at higher resolutions, the 1gb will be better. What's your monitor size?
