Unhappy 19"-20" Good Monitors

I was going to get the Samsung 20" for 249.99-50(rebate) = $199.99, but I've been ordering stuff and REBATES seem kind of bogus to me...

I really don't know which monitors are good, all I know about monitors is that Samsung is one of the best.

Can you guys recommend a good monitor that is around 19"-20" for around $150-$180 with DVI(cable included)?

Newegg.com - Hanns·G HS-191DPB Black 19" 8ms DVI LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 700:1 Built in Speakers - Retail

Hanns-G is "up there" with Samsung, I have personally never been Wow'ed by Samsung, and as such never buy their products, but that's my personal experience with Samsung, everything I've bought from them broke.

when it comes to monitors... they are elegant, but usually out of most ppl's budgets, i agree with the Hanns-G being a good budget monitor:

the best are LG and Samsung (budget wise hanns-g is really great)
