Z5500 Logitech Speakers?

Well, i have some old 4.1 Logitech speakers that i need to upgrade i came across a set of Z5500 Logitech speakers they seem to be nice, some decent reviews anyone else have these and do they sound good? or is there a better set i could get for this price...

You can get same set cheaper Here, and yes I heard that they are pretty good, like literally, my neighbor needs rocks in his windows to shut him up.

BTW its 179 after both rebates... are they rebates you gotta send in etc?
